DIPSS provides non-clinical support to the independent dental practices in our network, with a focus on implants and full-arch tooth replacement. Clinical decisions stay with the doctor. We handle staffing, marketing, scheduling and the rest of the operation.
What we do
Every practice we support is independently owned and led by its doctor. We supply the business infrastructure behind it.
Team and HR
Recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits for office managers, treatment coordinators, assistants and front office staff.
Marketing and patient inquiries
Advertising management and a central call center that answers new inquiries, books consultations and confirms appointments.
Practice operations
Written procedures, training, reporting and day-to-day operational support for the on-site team.
Technology and compliance
Practice software, phones, email and IT, plus HIPAA privacy and workplace compliance programs.
Vendors and purchasing
Supply, lab and equipment vendor relationships, contracts and service coordination.
How we work
The doctor runs the clinical side. We run the business side. That split lets each practice keep its own identity and standards while sharing the systems, staff support and know-how of a larger organization.

Careers
We hire office managers, treatment coordinators, dental assistants and front office staff for the practices in our network, plus operations roles on our support team.
